Instruction:

1. Choose the branch below where you will transact the payment and download the QR Code.
2. If using mobile device:
   1. Open your Gcash App and click Send payment via QR Code.
   2. Upload the QR Code.
3. If using a PC:
   1. Open the downloaded QR.
   2. Open your GCash App and scan the QR.
4. Upon scanning/uploading the QR, make sure that the branch name where you will send the payment is correct.
5. Please include additional 2% on top of your payment.
6. Complete your payment and secure a copy/screenshot of your proof of payment.
7. Go to www.e-bank.unomain.net to submit your proof of payment for verification.
